52 Acknowledgment Please sign and return this acknowledgment to the Human Resources Department and retain a signed copy for your records. The OneDigital Employee Handbook was prepared to help you become familiar with our organizational practices, philosophies and benefits, as well as to convey mandatory policies and procedures. We hope it serves as a guideline for decision-making and assists you in your job performance. The Company reserves the right to amend, supplement or rescind any provisions of this Handbook as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion. By my signature below, I acknowledge receipt of OneDigital's Employee Handbook. I understand and agree that is my responsibility as an employee to read and familiarize myself with all of its policies and procedures. I understand that if there is an area in the Handbook that is unclear to me, or one that I need further clarification on, I can contact my manager or the Human Resources Department for assistance. I further acknowledge that I understand and agree that the employee handbook is not a contract of employment between OneDigital and me and that no policy, benefit or procedure contained in the handbook may be construed as a contract of employment. I understand that my employment is at-will, which means that either the Company or I can terminate my employment at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
