Each member is provided up to three telephonic consultations with an estate planner. Attorney Assisted Will Preparation While many people feel comfortable using the Service's interactive web-based program to develop their own will free of charge, others prefer to have an attorney actually prepare the will. The option for an attorney prepared will is available for a modest charge.
